Shyam Khante is Director at Amarant Lifesciences. Mr. Khante joined Amarant Lifesciences after his retirement from the pharmaceutical industry.

He has over 45 years of extensive experience and is specialized in establishing state-of-the-art pharmaceutical drug product/substance manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical and API research and development, manufacturing strategies, talent mentoring and grooming, manufacturing management systems/processes, production technology, troubleshooting, manufacturing scale-up, technology transfers, projects and operations management, supply chain, procurement, liaison with DCGI, and engagement with statutory bodies. Additionally, possesses hands-on experience in managing international operations and conducting due-diligence activities for the manufacturing facilities.
